He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Bagley; and his parents, Earl H. Bagley Sr. and Winifred Margaret Bagley (Fallon). He is survived by: his son James D. Bagley of Scituate; his stepdaughter Tracey Gowdey of Johnston; his siblings, Marion Trigo of Warwick, Laura Bernard of Westerly and Larry Bagley of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Taya M. Bagley and Terel Molina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Raymond Bagley, Winifred Van Riper and Earl H Bagley, Jr. Calling hours will be held Saturday November 7th from 9-11:00 a. m. (facemasks are required and social distancing will be practiced.) Due to COVID-19 Restrictions burial will be private.
