It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thomas Jervis in Providence, Rhode Island, born in West Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jervis, Sr. and Helen Jervis (Calfa). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Jervis; and his children, Thomas Jervis (Concetta) of Westerly, RI, Denise Kugler (Michael) of Hope Valley, RI, Lisa Smith (Timothy) of Rome, GA and Laura McSweeney (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by friends.
