Jane Roberts Obituary
In loving memory of Jane Roberts of Providence, Rhode Island, who departed this world on August 31, 2025 at the age of 83. Jane leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tillinghast and Lizette Tillinghast; her sons, Alexander Tillinghast Roberts and Tyler Tillinghast Roberts; her husband Clint Thompson; and her brother Jody Tillinghast.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy M. Roberts of Scarborough, Maine; her grandchildren, Madeleine Adelaide Roberts, Emma Gwendolyn Roberts and William Alexander Roberts; her daughter-in-law Shuchi Kapila; her granddaughter-in-law Shivani Subbramanian; her stepdaughters, Cami Thompson and Leslie Hall; and her sisters, Anne Tilliinghast and Elizabeth Nadeau. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and their children; and all the friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Redwood Chapel, Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
