She was predeceased by: her husband João Caetano Rosa; her parents, Manuel Massa and Teresa Massa (Melo); her son Emmanuel Rosa; and her brother Alfred Massa.
She is survived by: her children, Tiberio Rosa (Graca) of Brampton, Ontario, João Rosa (Elisa) of Johnston, RI and Maria Nash (Fred) of Providence, RI; and her siblings, Zelia Oliveira of São Miguel, Luisa Pedro of Canada, Urselina Massa of Canada and José Massa of São Miguel. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
