With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John T. Nicholas (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Nicholas and Dorothy Nicholas (MaCumber); and his siblings, Raymond Nicholas and Nancy Gaynor. He is survived by: his significant other Susan L. Simpkins; his children, John C. Nicholas and Linda Reynolds; his niece Rachel Briand; and his nephews, Richard Rensehausen and Warren Rensehausen. He is also survived by his four grandchildren; his 2 great-nieces and by his 2 great-nephews.
