He is survived by: his wife Sarah E. Rigney-Francisco; his parents, Pedro Santos Francisco and Zunilda Francisco (Muñoz); his children, Sean C. Francisco, Isabel Francisco of North Providence and Jahnavi L. Pena-Francisco of Providence; his siblings, Felix Francisco of Providence, Gricel Francisco-Ramos (Rody) of North Providence and Roxanna Francisco of Providence; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Stephanie Rigney of Providence; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Hannah Rigney of Cranston. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
