He is survived by: his children, Katherine Candelario (Yanie Tromp), Joselys Candelario, Bryant Candelario and James Candelario; and his siblings, Adolfo Jerez, Daniel Jerez, Joselo Miliano, Juan Miliano, Casimiro Miliano, Esteban Miliano, Marilyn Miliano, Milgros Rodriguez and Carmen Jerez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
