He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremias Ferreira Neves and Lucilia Rebelo Figueiredo Neves. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Maria Neves; his children, Linda C. Neves Robles (Victor) and Carlos C. Neves (Katie); his granddaughters, Eloise and Ruth; and his brother Jorge Neves.
