It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R. Miller of Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Miller and Dolores Miller (Silva). He is survived by: his wife Maria J. R. Goncalves; his children, Carsten James Miller and Alexandra Zuri Miller; his sisters, June Raposa (Miller) and Rosemary Silva (Miller); and his brother-in-law David A. Silva of Barrington.
