She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Lake and Patricia A. Lake. She is survived by: her sons, Jason W. Hashim of Fall River, Justin R. Hashim (Jessica) of Tiverton and David F. Gomez of Dartmouth, Massachusetts; her stepdaughter Rebecca L. Smith of Attleboro, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Bella, Desmond, Matthew, Landen and Lana; her brother Andrew W. Lake (Patricia); her nephew Jonathan A. I. Lake; Harold M. Smith. She is also survived by her family, friends.
