He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. O'Brien and Dorothy L. O'Brien (Dufault); and his brother Neil E. O'Brien. He is survived by: his brother Robert M. O'Brien (Millie); his nephew Sean O'Brien (Jennifer Lane); his niece Jennifer O'Brien; his great-nephew Aidan; and his great-niece Emily O'Brien.
