He is survived by: his spouse Sakun Pen; his children, Terry Rourm of Providence, Sakhalin Siv of Providence, Narin Kheng of Providence, Linda Kheng of Providence and Naraith Kheng of Providence; his siblings, Sokha Dong, Sokhom Dong, Sokhodom Dong, Poev Dong, Sokhary Souphida, Sokunthea Dong, Kanya Dong Ludwig, Khol Dong and Sokho Dong; his siblings-in-law, Ouch Dong, Tha Kuy, Thinnakone Souphida, Robert Ludwig and Horm Voeurn; and his child-in-law Tha Som. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
