He was predeceased by: his wife June R. Raleigh (Haslam); and his parents, Elmer Raleigh and Violet Raleigh (Ward). He is survived by: his children, David Raleigh, Steven Raleigh (Michelle), Carl Raleigh and Dawn Gershkoff (Frank); his grandchildren, Aaron, Konner, Alex and Collin; his great grandchild Madeline; and his sibling River Casino.
