He is survived by: his wife Anne Perrotti (Paone); his children, Alfred Perrotti (Antonietta) of North Scituate, Robert Perrotti of Johnston, Anne Heitmann (Ronald Heitmann) of Shelby Township, MI, Lori Perrotti Johns (Alan Johns) of Concord, NH and Lewis Perrotti Jr. (Tami) of North Scituate; his grandchildren, Kassondra Romani (Patrick), Arianna Kennedy (Patrick), Brandon Heitmann (Amanda), Alfred Perrotti II, Brianna Heitmann (Alexander Dubovenko) and Alicia Perrotti; and his great grandchild Luca Patrick Romani.
