She is survived by: her stepfather Walter A. Smith; her sons, Donald M. Osborne, Jr. and Michael J. Osborne; her grandchildren, Charlayne, Luiza of California, Kyle (Brian) and Patrick (Kristen) of Massachusetts; her great grandchildren, Xavier, Harrison, Christopher, Alexandra and Jessica; her siblings, Clara G. Horton (Rosario) of California and John A. Rosario; and her siblings-in-law, William Osborne (Cindy) of California, Jennifer Davis (Jeff) and Jeffrey Osborne of California.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Congdon Street Baptist Church (17 Congdon St, Providence, RI 02906).
