She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Maher, Sr. (Lt); her parents, John B. McGarrahan and Madeleine McGarrahan (Donahue); and her siblings, Martha Anderson (Donald) and Stephen (Deb).
She is survived by: her children, Paula M. Farrell (Rob) and Robert Maher Jr. (Tina); her siblings, Susan Mycroft (late Donald) of Tacoma, WA, John McGarrahan (Arlene), Fred McGarrahan (Patricia) of Brevard, NC and Peter McGarrahan (Alice) of Aurora, CO.; her grandchildren, Kayla Sprague (Rich), Matthew Maher and Robert Maher III; her great grandchild Luca Sprague; her sister-in-law Eleanor Reed (Robert); and her friend Ellie Reuter.
