He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rutherford and Joan Rutherford (Thom). He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Rutherford (Javorsky); his sons, Brian Rutherford, Tim Rutherford (Lisa) and Greg Rutherford (Natasha); his grandchildren, Brooke, William and Cameron; and his siblings, Kay Hilborn and Don Rutherford.
