She was predeceased by: her husband Eduardo Soares; and her parents, Anacleto and Andreza. She is survived by: her children, Augusta J. Lopes Ferreira, Ana Maria Brito Gomes, Manuel Da L. Santiago, Maria Salomé Brito, Rita Maria Brito, Jose Eduardo Soares, Hirondina, L. Soares and Antonio. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and 4 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Russell J Boyle & Son Funeral Home (331 Smith St, Providence, RI 02908). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (107 Camp St, Providence, RI 02906).
