She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel E. Alves, Sr.; and her parents, Pedro and Maria deJesus (Faria) Gomes. She is survived by: her children, Bernadette M. Ziegler (Guenther) of North Attleboro and Daniel E. Alves, Jr. of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Ferdinand, Michael Ziegler, Shaina Furia and Tanna Marchetti; and her siblings, Pedro Gomes and Madalena Sacoto of Taunton.
