He is survived by: his children, Mario R. Forte (Diane) and Lynn A. Forte; his grandchildren, Mario C. Forte, Marissa E. Needham (Chris), Patrick L. Cull (Julie) and Alexander M. Cull; his great grandchild Christopher A. Needham, Jr. (CJ); and his siblings, Joseph Forte, Loreta Fargnoli and Gaetano Forte.
