She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Sr. Price and Louise Price (Banks); her significant other William Donald Wayne; her son Terrence S. "Foots" Hall; and her siblings, Yvonne Cabral, Clifton R. "Sonny" Price Jr., Everett R. Price, Naomi S. Spiver, Hubert C. Price and Judith A. Dolphin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dezirae Price of Providence, Dana Hall of Providence and Dawne Hall of Providence; and her sisters, Nancy Price Lopez and Rebecca E. Price of Providence, RI. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great‑grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
