She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. McCabe and Mary Ellen McCabe (O'Leary); her husband Dr. Joseph E. Cannon; her sister Marcia; and her friend Marcia Joan McCabe Wilbur.
She is survived by: her niece Mary Alice Wilbur-Daly; her great-nephew John McCabe Daly of Providence; her brother-in-law Michael F. Wilbur of Providence; her brother Dr. Francis J. McCabe, Jr. (Paola) of Cushing, Maine; her niece Leah McCabe Stein (Karl Stein); her great-nephews, Giancarlo Stein and Daggan Stein; Dr. Brian P. Daly of Providence.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home (210 Taunton Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Sebastian Church (67 Cole Ave, Providence, RI 02906). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at the Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906).
