He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrick A., Sr. and Helen M. Cook (Trainor). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Day Cook; his son Merrick A. Cook; his grandchild Bailey; his son Bryan C. Cook (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Sierra and Merrick.
