He was predeceased by: his father David F. Waldeck, Sr.; and his brother Robert Waldeck. He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Murray (Sacchetti) of Warwick; his siblings, David Waldeck, Jr., Jennifer Ring, Stephen Waldeck, Penny Bellrose, Domenic Waldeck, Jim Waldeck and Rita Speight; and his stepbrothers, David and Keith Waldeck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
