She was predeceased by: her mother Madeleine Campbell of Wilmington. She is survived by: her father Richard Steen of Wilmington; her uncles, Joe and Leo; her cousin Raffe; her daughters, Arianna, Payton, Jocelyn, Nevaeh and Alexis (Jared Terceira); her sisters, Debbie Steen, Mary Anne Steen, Bailey Steen and Alivia Steen; and her stepsisters, Janelle and Kayla Velozo. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michelle's memory may be made to The Sage House, 517 Winter St., Framingham, MA 01702—an organization that played a meaningful role in Michelle's recovery—or to Local Heroes, Inc., P.O. Box 536, Wilmington, MA 01887, a cause close to her heart where Michelle and her grandmother Nancy volunteered to prepare care packages for local veterans serving overseas.
