He was predeceased by: his father Jose Maria Martinez Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Yesennia Page-Hassani, Joshua Page and Marciel Page; and his siblings, Jose M. Martinez Jr., Nelsa Peralta (Martinez), Luis Martinez Sr., Dileni Cruz (Martinez) and Caroline Trinidad (Martinez). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
