He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lewis and Mary Lewis (Shrieber); his sister Rosalie Tanzer; his father-in-law David; and his sister-in-law Lorna Schiffman.
He is survived by: his parent-in-law Tess Steingold; his children, Marjorie Lewis of Pawtucket and Andrew Lewis of Barrington; his grandson Daniel Smith (Darcy Miller) of San Francisco; and his nieces and nephews, Audrie and Stephen Wasserman. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
