She is survived by: her children, Michael DeSimone (Melissa), Patricia Warner and Tina Van Wormer; her grandchildren, Mike, Samantha, Sean, Sandon, Gabriella, Alyssa, Mike Jr. and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Melody and Azula.
