She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Zinkiewicz; her parents, Joseph J. Dean and Esther E. Dean (Horgan); her brother Joseph J. Dean Jr.; and her uncle Reverend Joseph E.

She is survived by: her brother Dennis H. Dean (Joann); her sister-in-law Jane Dean; her nephews, Jeffrey and Nathan Dean; her niece Kristen; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua, Ryan, Matthew and Adler Dean.

She was a communicant of St. Peter Church in Warwick and was a member of RSVP, the Holy Name School Alumni Association, and was a volunteer at the Pilgrim Senior Center.
