It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nettie Mincer of Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Blevins Sr. and Addie Mae Dumas Davis; her siblings, Lee Blevins Jr. and Lara Bell Blevins Wells; her children, Lorraine Evans and William D. Evans; William Evans. She is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, and a host of grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, and friends.
