Mitson (Providence, Rhode Island), born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter H. Mitson and Alice B. Mitson (McGowan); his daughter Patricia L. Robinson; and his sister Martha A. Labrosse. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Mitson (Soltys); his daughters, Julie A. Shewbridge, Linda J. Gomes, Nancy E. Theroux and Melissa M. Rollan; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Stephanie, Nathan, Rebecca, Paul, Lynn, Jessica, Robert, Kerstin, David, Anthony and Joseph; and his siblings, Richard A. Mitson, Jean Shirhall, Claire B. Burns and Dorothy A. Huntemann. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
