He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Colon and Lupa Colon (Bautista); his wife Graciela Colon (Pinales); and his son Felix. He is survived by: his children, Jose, Sonia, Nuris, Maribel, Mercedes and Yahaira Colon; and his siblings, Amado, Raymundo, Elvito, Miguel, Leonel, Dr. Colon, Similito, Amparo, Altagracia, Zoila, Cosita and Hermindad. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
