She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Clarence Edward Farrow and Hattie Idella Farrow (Cole); and her siblings, Rev. Robert E. Farrow, Mary R. Farrow and Rita E. Ramos.

She is survived by: her children, Princess E. Garrett and Levi Garrett Jr.; her nieces, Gina Farrow, Robin Farrow-Layne and Britney Ramos; her nephew Brandon Ramos; her great-nieces, Nya Layne and Najah Layne; and her husband Levi Garrett Sr..
