He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo-Ann Forrest (D'Amico); and his parents, Henry Forrest and Eva Forrest (Modelski). He was also cherished by brother in laws, nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home (971 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Church (280 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904). An entombment will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the St Ann Cemetery (72 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
