He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard and Mary Zita Richard (Paulhus); his wife Mary Elizabeth Richard (O'Brien); and his siblings, Zita Cannon (Richard), Charles Richard, Norman Richard, Lorraine Hogan (Richard), David Richard and Donald N. Richard, Sr. (Visiting).
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Murphy (Tim) of West Warwick and Donna Almeida (Dennis) of North Providence; his grandson Joshua; his sisters, Jean Accinno (Richard) and Carol Richard; his close friend Edith Petrarca of North Providence; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Richard, Ruth Healy (George) and Fred O'Brien (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
