She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Hughes and Edith G. Hughes (Weeks); and her siblings, Harold Hughes, Bertha Peck and Edith Fuller.
She is survived by: her husband Freddy Bayer (Bear-Zenk); and her sons, Johann Bayer (Chris Bayer) and Klaus Zenk. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as well as the many nieces and nephews.
