She was predeceased by: her husband Richard R. Garland Sr. Born; her parents, Philip Cardin and Elizabeth Cardin (Scott); and her brother Philip Cardin. She is survived by: her sons, Richard R. Garland Jr. (Cheryl) of Cumberland, Robert Garland (Mary) of Cumberland and Ronald Garland (Beth) of Fort Myers, FL.; and her grandchildren, Philip, Keri, Christopher, Robert, Mark, Michelle, Scott, Crystal and Brittney.
