She was predeceased by: her spouses, Ralph Meltz and Bernie Bulotsky; her parents, Samuel J. and Bessie Cudish (Bearkovitch); and her son Allan D. Meltz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila M. Galitsky (Howard J. "Howie") of New Bedford and Vicki Lynn Meltz of Taiwan; her sister Estelle Cohen; her grandchildren, Stacy Toabe (Aaron Gregoire), Mindy Toabe (David Egar), Pamela Wolski (Tim), Joshua Galitsky and Julee Galitsky; and her great grandchildren, Molly Egar, Ash, Maya and Sam Wolski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
