He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Schafer (Tatman). He is survived by: his father James Moran of Chesapeake City; his stepparents, Thomas Schafer and Kathy Moran; his children, Willa Moran of Providence, Severin Bull-Moran of Connecticut and Jasper Moran of Providence; and his siblings, Jennifer Foti of New Jersey and Seth Moran of Maryland.
