He is survived by: his children, Tavion, Shane, Zayvan and Samirah; his father Steven Lance Willis Sr.; and his siblings, Darrius Willis (Shataera) of New Jersey, Paris Willis of Providence, Vontrice Willis of Providence and Demetria Brooks Reyes (Richard) of North Smithfield.
