It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore F. Low of Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore F. Low to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore S. Low and Cecile S. Low; and his sister Susan Sauer. He is survived by: his wife Kay Hohenthaner Low; his daughters, Sara B. Low of Providence and Emily L. Boenning (Dickson) of Jamestown; and his sister Brenda Mann of Canton, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
