It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Anthony Castrignano (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Castrignano and Ida Castrignano (DiRobbio). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Castrignano (Laura) and Christa Castrignano; his granddaughter Hayden Castrignano; his girlfriend Donna Ragucci-Terchiak; and his sister Jenny Tufano (Tom). He is also survived by niece and nephew, and countless other friends and family.
