It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Connelly III (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Bramblet; and his father Thomas Connelly Jr.. He is also survived by his nine Aunts and Uncles; nine Cousins, and dear friends who became his chosen family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Thomas Hurley Connelly, III can be made to the HCM Center and Research Institute at Tufts Medical Center.
