She was predeceased by: her father Raul Guerra. She is survived by: her mother Francisca Guerra (Lopez); her husband Luis A. Martinez; her children, Jennifer Aracely Ortiz (Robert) of Providence, Oscar Javier Caicedo of Providence and Jonathan Caicedo of Providence; her grandchildren, Uriel Ortiz, A'lijah Caicedo and Aadyn Caicedo; and her siblings, Miriam Aguilar of Guatemala, Vilma Ruiz of Providence, Olga DePaz of Florida, Edwin Guerra of Virginia and Erick Guerra of Westerly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and several informal adopted children.
