With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilberto Vargas of Providence, Rhode Island, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Jose H. Rivera and Delia Cepela; his children, Wilberto "Nino" Gill, Jose Carralho, Samantha Dougbe, Rabecka Gill, Bella Serena Vargas and Gabriella Carralho; and his siblings, Griscel Filiciano, Samuel Rogers and Generis Vargas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
