He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Mattis (Cusati); his parents, William Mattis and Mary Mattis; and his son William Mattis. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Mattis and Ken Mattis; his granddaughter Brianna Jencks (Wyatt Jencks); and his brothers, Robert Mattis and John Mattis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home (200 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location.
