He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Watts of Riverside; his children, William E. McMahon, III of Riverside and Brenda Lee Branco of Cranston; his grandchildren, Billy, Kendra, Zachary, Victoria, Amber, Corey, Katie and Jason Branco; and his siblings, Carolyn McMahon, Barbara Larance, Richard McMahon, Diane D'Ascoli of East Providence and Raymond McMahon of Chepachet.
