He was predeceased by: his wife Carol McNamara (Leclerc); his parents, William J. McNamara and Sally McNamara (McBride); and his brothers, Jim, Jack and Ken McNamara.
He is survived by: his son Michael B. McNamara; and his grandchildren, Stephen McNamara, Elizabeth McNamara (Matthew Provencher), Patricia McNamara, Caroline McNamara, Evan Deluski and Sean Deluski.
