He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Waite and Kathleen Waite (McDonough); his son William Waite; and his siblings, Francis and Robert Waite.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Waite (Jourdain); and his children, Robert Waite, Cynthia Rose, Judith Traficante and Lori Waite.

Donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38102.
