She is survived by: her children, Domingo Sullivan (Candida) of Santo Domingo, Ines Sullivan of Cranston, Rocio Torres of Cranston, Evelyn Cabrera of Santo Domingo and Katalyn Noboa (George Reyes) of Salem, MA.; and her siblings, Jose Noboa of Bronx, NY, Rodolfo Noboa of Santo Domingo, David Capellan of Santo Domingo, Carlos Manuel Noboa of Santo Domingo, Carmen Lilian Noboa of Spain and Mirtha Celeste Noboa of Providence. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
